Limited是香港特区的一种法律实体，全称为Private Company Limited by Shares。它属于合并所有制，即股东拥有公司的所有权，但不直接参与公司的经营管理。Limited是一种有限责任公司，股东的责任仅限于其认购的股份。这种公司不公开参与市场，也不向公众发行股票。根据香港法律，Limited公司的股东至少需要一名，董事也需要至少一名。与其他国家/地区的公司不同，Limited公司可以无需指定法定代表人，也可以无需当地人担任董事。但是，Limited公司必须指定一名公司秘书。最低注册资本原则上为1港元，但在实际注册时，默认为1万港币。如果注册资本超过1万港币，在转股时还需要交纳0.2%的印花税。Limited公司无需验资，也没有验资要求。总的来说，Limited公司是一种灵活的公司形式，适合小型企业或家族企业。
